Create a Texting/SMS Campaign with Responses or Data Capture
- Select Tools on the left navigation menu.
- Select Campaigns from the drop down.
- Click + Create Basic Campaign button in the upper right of the screen.

- Select SMS
- Fill in the name of the campaign (this is for internal use only)
- Optionally, you can add a Description or add Labels which will also organize your campaign in the listings.
- Fill in SMS body with your message template.
- You can also add Merge Fields , Links or Emojis .
- To convert to an MMS and manage any media such as pictures, toggle the Convert to MMS switch.
- Click the Save button in the lower right of the popup.

Adding a reply response will allow for an automictic response triggered by a keyword. |
1. From the Campaign Listings Click View on the selected campaign. |
2. Hover over the purple message box located to the right of the screen and click on the Gear Cog icon. 3. Click Add Response Reply from the drop down list. |
4. Enter your activation keyword(s) 5. Add your response message in the SMS Body 6. Click the Save button in the lower right of the popup. |
Use Field Capture to store recipients responses to a contact profile. |
1. From the Campaign Listings Click View on the selected campaign. |
2. Hover over the purple message box located to the right of the screen and click on the Gear Cog icon. 3. Click Add Response Reply from the drop down list. |
4. Activate the Add SMS field capture? toggle switch. 5. Select your Contact Field and provide the value that will be set. 6. (Optional) If you would like to send a confirmation or continue the workflow, you can select the next campaign template to deploy. 7. Click the Save button in the lower right of the popup. |
