Configuration: Time Zones
The Time Zones tab in the Configuration menu is used to manage time zones. Time Zones are used as default for all campaigns.
Time Zones can be searched for by time zone or comment. The "Calls limited to hours" defines the calling hours identified for the specific Time Zone.
Note: Calls Limited to hours, when checked, includes the entire hour. If calls are limited to 20:00, calls can be made up until 20:59.
Time Zone entries can be modified by selecting the Edit ICON.
The Comment can be updated as well as hours during which calls are limited.
