Conference Calls

The Conference Calls tab lists all conferences that have been defined.  Conferences can be searched for by name or extension, edited or deleted.

To Delete a Conference Call, select the Red X.  You will be prompted for verification of your intent to delete the Conference Call.

Edit Conference Call

To Edit a Conference Call, select the Pencil ICON.

In Edit mode, any field may be modified.

Extension	Conference extension
PIN	PIN to be used to join the conference
Disable "You are currently?…"	When checked, this announcement does not play
Announce user(s) count on joining?	When checked, users are announced as they join
Announce user(s) join/leave?	When checked, users are announced when they join or leave
Enable music on hold for a single caller?	When checked, music on hold will be played
Allow user to exit by pressing #?	When checked, user may exit by pressing #
Quiet mode:	When checked, enter and leave conference sounds are not played
Record conference:	When checked, the conference calls will be recorded

Create/Add New Conference

To create a new Conference, select the + new conference.

When added, new Conferences require the same information as displayed above under "edit conference".

   You must provide a name of the conference, the extension and a PIN.  All other selections are optional.
