How to Change Password in Intelligent Portal (Intelligent Negotiator)

Keeping your password secure is essential. Follow these steps to change or reset your password in Intelligent Portal:

Changing Your Own Password:

  1. Navigate to My Profile:

    • Log into your account.

    • Click on the My Profile tab in the menu.

  2. Update Your Password:

    • Enter your current password.

    • Set and confirm your new password.

    • Click Save Changes to update your password.

Changing Another User’s Password (Admin Only):

  1. Navigate to the Users Page:

    • Click on the Users tab in the menu.

    • Locate the user whose password needs to be updated.

  2. Set a New Password:

    • Enter the new password for the selected user.

    • Click Change Password to save the update.

Resetting a Forgotten Password:

  1. Use the Forgot Password Link:

    • On the login page, click Forgot Your Password?

    • Enter your email address.

    • A link to generate a new password will be emailed to you.
