How do I add a new Phone Number?
Select the button labeled +new phone number at the top of the
Phone Numbers submenu (found under Routing). If you are using a virtual number, substitute a phone
number for a new, unique name in the field labeled “Phone”. Otherwise, use a
preexisting real number.
Next, give your new number
a description and a type and click Submit. The assigned type is only for internal
use and does not affect the number’s functionality in any way.
To route your new number, click the pencil
icon (Edit) from the list of phone numbers. Select the IVR you want the number
to be routed to from the Inbound Route dropdown menu and click “Save Changes”.
