Phone Numbers


In this area, Inbound Phone Numbers are managed.  From here, you can search for, edit, delete or create a new Phone Number.





Add New Phone Number


To add a New Phone Number, select "+new phone number".  Populate the phone number, your description and Type (VOIP, T1/PRI, PSTN, Broadvoice) and click "Submit".   Once created, the Phone Number can be edited.





Edit Phone Number

To Edit a Phone Number, select the Pencil/edit ICON.  This is the area where you can enable DID testing and identify an inbound route.  When complete, select "Save changes".
From this area you can also search a DID log by entering a From: and To: Date and selecting "Search".  The log will be listed by Time and Result.
