Preview Campaigns

What is a Preview Campaign

A Preview Campaign is an outbound campaign that automatically presents agents with a record from a contact list, and allows them to review account details prior to placing the call. After being presented with the call, agents can either proceed with the call, or skip it and move onto the next on the list.

In other words, a Preview Campaign is akin to a Hybrid of a Power Dialing and Manual campaign – contacts are sourced from a prepared contact list, but calls are not made until an agent chooses to dial. Outbound calls placed in this manner, as with Manual Campaigns, do not go through any of the AMD IVRs.

Benefits of a Preview Campaign

Fewer Dropped Calls
With agents placing the calls themselves, consumers are not left to wait in a campaign queue for an available agent after the call connects.

Improved Agent Performance
Preview campaigns enable agents to be more informed about each consumer’s account prior to contacting them, allowing them to have more meaningful conversations, resulting in increased performance and productivity and ultimately allowing them to collect on more accounts.

Improved Customer Interaction
With agents now better informed on each consumers’ unique circumstances prior to making contact with them, they are better equipped to deal with consumers on a more personal level, leading to a better call experience for both parties.
