Multi-Language Support

Multi-Language Support

Please contact our Support Team to enable Multi-Language Support. Alternate Language Text will not be visible to consumers otherwise.

With Release 3.4.0, we are including the ability to display site text and custom pages in Spanish. Once Multi-Language Support is enabled, Consumers will be able to toggle between English and Spanish versions of the consumer portal.

To add Alternate Language Site Text, navigate to the Site Text page under Settings in the Admin Portal:

Then, select your desired language from the dropdown. At this time we only support English and Spanish text options:

Once a language is selected, you will be able to enter text for that site language's version into the text fields.
The text is not automatically translated. You will need to input text in the desired language.
The same can be done with Custom Pages:

Navigate to Custom Pages via Settings menu in the Admin Portal:

Then, either create a new page or edit an existing one. Once in the editor, you will again see a language dropdown (currently for English and Spanish).
Once again, after a language is selected, you will be able to enter text for that site language's version into the text fields.
