The Intelligent Contacts Merchant Gateway has an “on demand” transaction log that allows a user, depending on that user’s access level, to view transactions and transaction history for any and all transactions running through your account. However, you may also want to have reports sent to you automatically. The Intelligent Contacts Merchant Gateway makes setting up automated reports easy. Reports can be emailed to as many email address as you specify, as well as, send to an sftp location.
4. Click on the drop-down on the right side of the page shown above to see the listed reports you can choose from. These same reports will also be shown on the automatic reports setup.
5. Find the “My Account” drop-down menu located on the blue bar at the top of the page. Hover your mouse over it to expand the drop-down. Select option “Automated reports.”
6. On the right-hand side of the Automated Reports page, click on the “create new report” link.
7. Follow the given filters to select how you want the report sent, the format, the version or which report from the drop-down, who should the report go to, what types of transactions, statuses, to display… See image below:
8. Click on the green “Create” button on the right-hand side to complete the process.
