The
Calls Dialed Report can be used to manage performance across lists, agents, or campaigns. The report can be selected by date range,
for all agents or a specific agent, all campaigns or a specific campaign, a
specific Account ID, all call result codes or a specific call result
code. Once the report has completed,
it can be exported to either a CSV or PDF. |
