Reports: Call Results Report
The
Call Results Report can be used to manage performance across lists, agents, campaigns, result codes and termination events. The report can be selected by date range,
for all agents or a specific agent, all campaigns or a specific campaign, a
specific contact list or all call result codes or a specific call result
code. Once the report has completed,
it can be exported to either a CSV or PDF.

"Final" is associated with the Call Result Definition created by the Admin.
Termination
Event includes the description of the event which terminated the call and can
be helpful when receiving complaints of disconnects.

How do I add a new Call Result?
Select the button labeled + add call result at the top of the Call Results menu. Fill out the form and click Submit.
