Configuration: Call Restrictions
The purpose of this article is to show you how to restrict calls to specific States, Zipcodes or area codes.
1) Login to Call Center
2) On the side go to Configuration-> Call Restrictions
5) Click on Add new
6) Now name this restriction and choose the effective date. Here you will also put in the States, Zipcodes or Area codes you would like to block.
Note: You can stop this restriction at any time by clicking the red x on the call restriction page.
