Reports: Agent Call Summary

The Agent Call Summary report provides an overall summary of calls and can be selected by date range, all campaigns or a specific campaigns.  It can be used for a quick review/summary of Agent Performance as it relates to a specific campaign or all campaigns.  Once the report has completed, it can be exported to either a CSV or PDF. 



Fields include:
