Adding Custom Fields to Merchant Gateway Terminal

The way your Merchant Gateway Virtual Terminal looks can vary depending on you level of service. However, most Intelligent Contacts Merchant Gateway Virtual Terminals will look similar to the following:

To add custom fields do the following:

1. Login to your admin ipsecurelink.com account

2. Using the blue menu bar at the top of the page, select "My Account -> Custom Fields

3. On the Custom Field page, click on "+ Add new field"

4. Choose a name for your custom field and then using the available options, you can decide on the type of entry field for the data you are expecting (i.e. single line of text, multiple lines, date field...), which product the field is for (in this case "Virtual Terminal"), if the field will be required, and if you want the data exported to the transactions reports.

5. With multiple custom fields you can also order them by "drag and Drop" to determine the order they display in.

6. Click on "save changes" to complete the process.
